After hanging up his tie and
swapping his Oxford shoes for hiking boots at the turn of the
millennium, Chandan Lahiri, the founder of OutThere Adventurers decided
to pursue his passion for travel and adventure. He believed in the
great Chinese philosopher Confucius who said
"Choose a job you love and you'll never have to work a day in your
life!" Thus began a journey that continues to this day, embodied in the
passion statement of OutThere Adventurers: "Only those who risk going
too far can possibly know how far they can go." And OutThere
Adventurers has gone a fair distance in the past few years, leaving its
treadmarks where few have gone before.
Here you will find brief details of the Expeditions conducted by OutThere Adventurers in the past, starting from the first major Expedition undertaken, a 38-day, 12,000km motorbike journey across India. Team OutThere already covets two world records and more are on the anvil. Our history is being constantly written.

This was one hell of a ride and every person with an interest in the wild world out there should make it a mission to do it at least once in their lifetime.
