The next few months will be momentous for OutThere Adventurers. We are going after a host of World Records ... with a vengeance. The Cliff Riders, Amrit Ganga and Race to the Sea are slated for this year. Apart from these three, we are also embarking on what we call The Trilogy of Epic Journeys - three Guinness World Record rides, on three different kinds of vehicles - a Jet Ski, an ATV and a Tractor. All to go further than anyone has ever gone before. And OneHelluvaRide, though not a record, will take Team OutThere motorbikers across the heart of Asia into Europe.

Details on these efforts will come up soon. Keep coming back here for updates. Meanwhile take a brief look at the attempts being made in the next few months.

Nagarpurabad Challenge

The Nagarpurabad Challenge takes one adventurer across 22 Indian states and three countries, in a little over one month, in an attempt to better four Limca World Records. And this is probably the first time that an effort of this kind is proposed to be streamed LIVE over the internet.

The Cliff Riders is an attempt to better the existing Guinness World Record of the highest altitude reached by a motorcycle. Three OutThere Adventurers are making the attempt on a peak in Ladakh in attempt to ride to an altitude of 21,000 feet. This is Round 2 of The Cliff Riders after the 2008 attempt was aborted due to unfavourable weather conditions.

OneHelluvaRide takes a bunch of adventurers from Team OutThere across 20,000 milesfrom India to the Arctic Circle, across 12 countries, 2 continents, in about four months. Read about the trip by clicking here.

Amrit Ganga is two back to back attempts to better the existing Guinness World Records of the maximum distance covered by a jet ski in six hours and in 24 hours. Both efforts will be made down the Ganges. The effort is to cover a distance of 250km within the stipulated six hours and 1100km in 24 hours.

The Longest Mile is yet another Guinness World Record attempt to better the current record of the highest altitude reached by a motor vehicle. The target is to reach an altitude of 23,000 feet on a 8000m peak in the mighty Himalayas.
